Thank you for choosing SV Luminary. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to return a physical product you've purchased from us, please review our return policy below:

30-Day Return Period:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for any physical product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have received a defective item, we will be happy to assist you.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be in its original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  2. The item must be unused and free from any signs of wear or damage.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  1. Items that have been personalized, customized, or altered.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team by emailing admin@summitvantagellc.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Securely package the item with the original packaging and all accessories.
  3. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Support team.
  5. Please retain a copy of your return shipping receipt for your records.

Refund or Exchange:

Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting it, we will process your refund or exchange based on your preference:

  1. Refund: If you choose a refund, we will credit the original payment method within 10 days after we receive and process the returned item.
  2. Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item within 10 days after we receive your returned item.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, or the return is a result of our error. In such cases, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
